Reviews
Moka Pot
Process Pretty straightforward, used 20 grams of beans with a medium to fine grind and 200 grams of water, nothing out of the ordinary maybe more bubbles coming out of the spout than necessary. I did not let it sputter.
Taste: Lots of floral earthy herbs and tobacco on the tongue strong texture on the way down with a slight bite
Final Thoughts It was pretty good not sure I would change anything.
Immerison Pour-Over
Recipe & Process:
Grind 20 grams of beans medium course. Add to 300 grams of water, stir and let sit for 2 minutes. Pour into a Kalita (with filter).
Taste:
Nice depth of flavors savory and a little smoky on the tongue, a clean texture milky smooth, and savory going down.
Final Thoughts
This maybe on the lighter roast of medium roasts so next time try more beans or grind a little finer
