This is the second year Rev Coffee has created a Holiday Blend and it looks like they are planning on more in the future. I’m assuming this is because 2022 is in the middle of the branding.
The beans come from all over, Indonesia, Central, and South America.
The beans look like they have all roasted together or at least in the same style. It wasn’t like different roast styles are thrown in together.

If you are having relatives or friends over for the Holidays
this is a safe bet for everyone to find something they like about this brew.

Aeropress ~ Used 18 grams of coffee at a medium grind with 150 grams of water at 198f or 92c.
Recipe & Process Add 100 grams of water, then the coffee stir let bloom for 40 sec add to a total of 265 grams of water, let sit for a minute
Taste: Creamy body, slightly complex florals, caramel. Leaves a creamy coating in the mouth with almost golden raisins at the end.
After Thoughts: Very pleasant as of today this blend is not offered on the site, not sure why? Did bringing down the temp help to bring out subtler flavors?
